Organizations must demonstrate tax-exempt 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) status.
Non-profit organizations physically located and operating in Glenn County with a demonstrated economic need as a direct result of COVID-19.
Non-profit organizations located within a local jurisdiction that is enforcing the State guidance related to COVID-19.
Eligible expenses cannot have been incurred prior to March 3, 2021.
Successful applicants will be required to enter into a grant agreement with Glenn County and provide a final summary report demonstrating acceptable use of funds in the community.
Organizations must not currently be debarred by the Federal Government.
Organizations will be required to attest that grant funds will be utilized for eligible expenses connected to COVID-19 emergency and not be spent on an expense that has or will be funded by any other funder.
